How much do you charge for your services?

We are not discount brokers. We value relationships, and our fee structure is competitive.

Do you only work with luxury clients?

No! We have built our business on providing 6-star service to every client from $500,000 to $30,000,000. Price is not our focus; the relationship matters most to us, and each client gets the same level of attention.

Do you do rentals also?

Yes, we have an expert team of rental listing and tenant specialists.

I currently have an agent, but my apartment has yet to sell. What should I do?

Call us; getting a second or third opinion is always a good idea. Sorry, your property hasn’t sold. We know that can be frustrating.

I have a buyer's agent through StreetEasy. Is that the same service you provide?

No, StreetEasy agents are selected primarily for their ability to convert leads (You) and close sales. We don’t use pressure tactics. Most importantly, we don’t treat our clients as “leads” or numbers. Nearly 90% of our business comes from repeat clients or personal referrals. Are you thinking about using a StreetEasty assigned agent? You can do better.

If you list my apartment for sale, will you pass the listing off to a Jr team member to service?

Unlike those Mega teams you see on TV, our business is more hands-on because 90% of our clients are referred by a past client or someone we know. You are hiring us, the principals of the team, and along with that, our 38 years of experience is what you are going to get. Once we have a deal in place, our team will take over and work with you to prepare your purchase application and work with you step by step through closing.

I am unsure that I want to sell, but I want to know how much my property is worth. Can you assist me?

Yes. Valuing real estate is not something that an algorithm can effectively do; ask Zillow, who has lost $500 Million trying to value properties this way. I am only looking to purchase in a new development. Each building has its onsite agent. Why do I need you?

The listing agent (the onsite agent) works for the developer. Their job is to get the developer the most money possible for each property. They are not allowed to put your financial needs above the developer’s. So having a buyers agent working with you (one that has worked extensively with developers and representing buyers is the wisest decision you can make when shopping. New Development purchasing is not very transparent; having an experienced buyer agent with solid relationships with these projects will get you the best apartment and price. We can often negotiate not only the price of the apartment but concessions for closing costs.
